CheckPilot Instructor Portal: Monitoring Student Progress Made Simple

At CheckPilot, we strive to provide educators with the tools they need to effectively monitor, support, and guide students throughout their aviation learning journey.

To help instructors become familiar with the platform, we have created a short Instructor Portal Walkthrough Video demonstrating how to access student progress reports through the Gradebook feature.

What You’ll Learn

In this walkthrough, instructors will learn how to:

• Log in to their instructor account through CheckPilot.ca
• Navigate the Instructor Dashboard
• Access the Gradebook
• Select the Private Pilot Preparatory Ground Instruction course
• Display up to 50 students per page for easier management
• Review individual student progress, lesson completion, quiz performance, and course engagement

The Gradebook serves as a central hub for tracking student learning and identifying opportunities for additional support where needed.
